Born in 1986 in Samsun,  graduated with honors from Yeditepe University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Architecture in 2010. In the same year, she joined PS Architecture, where she was involved in the design and implementation of large- and small-scale architectural projects, including hotels, residences, office buildings, student dormitories, schools, and factories, as well as interior design projects for residential, office, and hospitality spaces.

In 2017, Uçar established her own brand and has since been continuing her work in architecture, interior design, and product design at BU•S.
